Flash inflation data from Europe
European stock markets are seen opening lower following a lacklustre Asian session. Today's economic calendar is dominated by flash inflation data from Europe as well as some housing market data from the US and Canada. However, the big event of the day is OPEC+ meeting. Oil producers failed to reach consensus on output cuts yesterday and some significant differences remain. Talks will continue today and possibly tomorrow with markets hoping for a 3-6 month extension to current supply limits. Meeting is expected to begin at 1:00 pm GMT.
