1:30 pm GMT - Canada, manufacturing sales for September. The Canadian manufacturing sales data improved in the second half of 2019. Reading for August showed a 0.8% MoM increase. However, it is expected that sales declined 0.5% in September.
1:30 pm GMT - US, housing market data for October. US housing starts and building permits disappointed in September. Permits are expected to rebound in October with an increase of 5% MoM. On the other hand, housing starts are forecasted to be unchanged (0% MoM).

This will be the first election debate held ahead of the ballot scheduled for 12 December. It is likely that some more clarity will be provided on how each politician sees Brexit and post-Brexit country. Conservatives are leading in polls with 45% support while Labour has only 28%.
