European index futures point to a flat opening of the main blue chips indices. This comes after an uneventful Asia-Pacific session, during which indices from the region struggled to find common direction. Japanese holiday negatively impacted liquidity conditions and situation is not expected to improve much with US markets closed for Thanksgiving Day today. On the other hand, CBRT is seen delivering a 250 basis point rate hike at 11:00 am GMT. EUR may also see some volatility during ECB minutes release at 12:30 pm GMT.
