3:00 pm BST - EU recovery fund discussions resume. EU leaders were set to held talks on Friday and Saturday over the final shape of EU recovery fund. However, agreement has not been reached in that time and discussions extended onto Sunday and Monday. Talks will resume this afternoon and discussions will center over how much money should be provided by loans and grants.
