4 Fed members to deliver speeches
Futures markets point to a higher opening of today's European session. There are some interesting readings and speeches scheduled, which investors should have in mind while trading today. German IFO index for June will be released in the morning and may provide some short-term volatility. Next, investors will be offered rate decisions from the Bank of England. No change is expected but some guidance may be offered. Note that this will be the last meeting for outgoing Chief Economist Haldane, who is considered the most hawkish member of BoE. US GDP report in the afternoon is likely to be a non-event as it will be the third release (second revision). Last but not least, 4 Fed members will deliver speeches this afternoon.
