Tuesday’s opening in Frankfurt brought a clear move higher and DE30 broke the 12050 resistance to move to the fresh 6-months high as a consequence. The index trades within a steep upwards channel and the upper line currently runs slightly above 12200 pts. Traders are still eyeing economic reports: ZEW index from Germany (10am BST) and US output data (2:15pm BST).
