To send logs from the browser version of the xStation platform, select "Help Center" in the lower right corner, then "Give us feedback" and "Something went wrong". When including logs, please select logs from the day the problem occurred and provide detailed information in the Description.
🚩If the logs concern Claims, please complete this information in the "Description" field.
To send logs from the XTB mobile application, select "More" in the lower right corner, then "Settings" and "Send application logs". In the comment, please provide information about the problem reported or that the logs refer to a submitted Claim. At the bottom of the screen you will then need to confirm your submission.
