In case of suspension/no trading in a financial instrument, please follow the instructions below:
1) Check the trading hours for a given instrument (information is available under the "i" icon next to the name of the instrument on the platform or in the Instrument Specifications tab on our website).
2) Check the News tab and make sure that trading in a given instrument has not been shortened or stopped on that day.
3) In other cases, please contact our Customer Support Team.
