European equity markets have shrugged off dismal US retail sales data that spoiled moods on Thursday and have skyrocketed today with DE30 surging nearly 2% from the morning low. While there is no direct reason behind the move it looks like traders remain hopeful that more trade and Brexit negotiations that have been scheduled for the next week will eventually lead to some positive conclusions.
