Futures markets point to a more or less flat opening of today's cash session on the Old Continent, following a mixed trading in Asia. Oil is trading higher after Saudi Aramco boosted prices for Asian customers. Some weakness can be spotted on the US100 market after Elon Musk hinted that he may sell 10% of his Tesla stake (worth around $21 billion).
Economic calendar for the day ahead lacks key macro releases. However, investors will be serve an avalanche of speeches from Fed members in the afternoon so be aware of potentially higher volatility on USD and gold. While Fed Chair Powell is also scheduled to speak today, topic of his speech is not closely linked to monetary policy.
