Shares of ThyssenKrupp (TKA.DE) are also seeing declines. Cevian, a ThyssenKrupp shareholder, is offering about 23.4 million shares through UBS at a price of €5.15 per share. The offering is aimed at international institutional investors in a private placement. UBS will be the sole bookrunner. The price represents a 4.7% discount to the last close. The shares are currently losing nearly 4.5%.
