Dear Clients,

Today, at the end of trading day JAP225 and KOSP200 underlying instruments will change their delivery dates. Current difference between prices of futures with consecutive delivery terms is:

- JAP225 approx. -46 index points

- KOSP200  approx. 0,9 index points

It means that if nothing occurs between today's closing and tomorrow’s opening, open price for KOSP200 should be higher and lower for remaining mentioned instruments by given values.

Change of position value connected with base change will be corrected by swap points equal to base value. Clients with limit and stop orders close to current price are kindly requested to adjust their position to changes in base value. Otherwise stop and limit orders will be executed according to standard procedure.

Today, there is a change of delivery date for  BUND10Y and SCHATZ2Y instruments. Clients who have open positions will be credited or debited with proper swap points amounts.

These are:

- BUND10Y 100 swap points for long position; -100 swap points for short position
- SCHATZ2Y 5 swap points for long position; -5 swap points for short position

Tables of Margins

Comment no 1. was amended by addition of EURGBP, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPJPY, GBPNZD, GBPPLN, GBPUSD and now has following wording:

1. Financial instruments should be recognized as currency financial instruments (except: USDCHF, EURCHF, GBPCHF, AUDCHF, CADCHF, CHFJPY, CHFPLN, CHFHUF, USDBRL, EURGBP, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPJPY, GBPNZD, GBPPLN, GBPUSD), instruments based on interest rates: TNOTE, BUND10Y, SCHATZ2Y as well as instruments which price is based on market value of troy ounce of gold: GOLD, XAUUSD.

Comment no 2. was amended by deletion of UK100 and now has following wording:

2. Margin collected at opening transactions referred to the following instruments: US30, US100, US500, DE30, FRA40, EU50, ITA40.

Comment no 4. was amended by addition of EURGBP, GBPAUD, GBPCAD, GBPJPY, GBPNZD, GBPPLN, GBPUSD, UK100 and now has following wording:
