Today, there is a change of delivery date for NATGAS, SOYBEAN, SOYOIL instruments. Clients who have open positions will be credited or debited with proper swap points amounts.

These are:

- SOYBEAN 2750 swap points for long position; -2750 swap points for short position

- NATGAS -79 swap points for long position; 79 swap points for short position

- SOYOIL -16 swap points for long position; 16 swap points for short position

W poniedziałek, 17 czerwca, w godzinach 15:31-15:57, nasza platforma była niedostępna dla klientów. Podczas otwarcia rynku w USA, otrzymaliśmy od naszego dostawcy błędne kwotowania dla wszystkich akcji amerykańskich, co sztucznie wygenerowało transakcje automatyczne i tym samym zakłóciło funkcjonowanie serwera transakcyjnego. W efekcie, klienci nie mogli zalogować się na swoje konto.

Rozumiemy, że odpowiedzialność za funkcjonowanie platformy jest po stronie XTB i bardzo przepraszamy za zaistniałą sytuację. Wszystkie błędnie wykonane zlecenia zostały niezwłocznie skorygowane. 

Dzisiejsza sytuacja ma tę samą przyczynę techniczną, co awaria z 12 czerwca. W jej następstwie uruchomiliśmy zespół specjalny, który znalazł przyczynę problemów i odtworzył ją na środowiskach testowych. Obecnie pracujemy nad trwałym rozwiązaniem i jak najszybszym wdrożeniem produkcyjnym. Jednocześnie przewidujemy, że we wrześniu zakończymy ponad półroczny projekt modernizacji serwera transakcyjnego pozwalającego na znacząco szybsze skalowanie jego przepustowości, co powinno trwale uodpornić platformę XTB na wszelkie skokowe zmiany w wolumenie transakcji.

Today, at the end of trading day NATGAS, SOYBEAN and SOYOIL underlying instruments will change their delivery dates. Current difference between prices of futures with consecutive delivery terms is:

- SOYBEAN approx. -27.25 USD

- NATGAS approx. 0.079 USD

- SOYOIL approx. 0.31 USD

It means that if nothing occurs between today's closing and tomorrow’s opening, open price for:
- NATGAS, SOYOIL should be higher by given values
- SOYBEAN should be lower by given value

Change of position value connected with base change will be corrected by swap points equal to base value. Clients with limit and stop orders close to current price are kindly requested to adjust their position to changes in base value. Otherwise stop and limit orders will be executed according to standard procedure.

Important:
It is crucial to remember that after calculating the swap points (which are the result of the base between two series of contracts of underlying instrument), the value of the registers of Customer's account will change. With a very large base, it may happen that the required MARGIN LEVEL is exceeded. In such a case automatic closure of the position will start, starting with the position that generates the lowest financial result and will continue until the moment when the required MARGIN LEVEL is achieved. Customers should also adjust their active pending orders. If the order activation price set by the client is within the gap related to rollover, the order will be executed at the opening price of the instrument. To avoid this situation PENDING ORDERS must be removed before the end of the trading session of the instrument on the rollover day.

On Wednesday, June 12, from 14:31 to 15:00, our platform was unavailable to
customers. Just after the announcement of the CPI results in the US, we recorded 14 times
more transactions than usual, which caused disruptions in the functioning of the transaction
server. As a result, customers were unable to log in to their accounts.
We understand that the unavailability of the platform at a time of increased volatility is
unacceptable and we apologize for the situation. For several months, we have been working
intensively on improving the performance and stability of the transaction server. We are
determined to ensure that such situations do not repeat in the future.
